Standard Terms and Conditions, which may be accessed at www.getabook.net, govern your use of our website, GetaBook Pakistan.

The following Terms shall be fully implemented and will govern your use of this Website. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to all of the terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this Website.

  • Users of our website getabook.net make book purchases on their own will and GetaBook Pakistan is not liable for any issues that may arise.
  • GetaBook Pakistan will not be engaged in any Piracy-related activities and will instead focus on connecting consumers and dealers of Urdu Bazar or other wholesale distributors via a single website.
  • We can deliver to practically any address in Pakistan.
  • We usually Deliver through TRAX, Leopards and/or Pakistan Post depending upon customer’s choice
  • Delivery may take 1-3 days in Major cities and may take 2-5 days for small cities and far-flung areas of Pakistan depending upon distance of destination city from Lahore.
  • Please keep in mind that shipment times may vary in the event of unforeseen holidays, bad weather, dispatch delays due to work disruptions, or delays by the courier company.

Payment for Orders:

Kindly take notice that an advance payment of at least 1000 PKR will be required in case an order with worth exceeding 5000 PKR is being placed.

Cancellation of Orders and Fees

Cancellation of an Order is permitted until it has been processed. If you want to cancel an order, please phone, email, or contact us. Once an order has been completed or delivered, it cannot be cancelled, and the user is responsible for the cost of the delivered package.

Policy on Returns and Exchanges:

  • GetaBook practices on NO RETURN, NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE POLICY.
  • Return, Refund or Exchange of books is only possible if the incorrect books were delivered.
  • Any request for Return, Refund or Exchange will only be entertained if the Consignee reports our mistake within 48 Hours after the delivery and Book is Not Used by the customer.
  • No Return, Refund or Exchange will be entertained if the Book/s is Found to USED by the Customer or he/she reports after 48 hours of the delivery.
